Little Groves leisure park has been under the continuous ownership and management of a single family since its establishment over a hundred years ago, when it began life as a farm.
Although times have changed and the fields are now home to static caravan holiday homes not livestock, we’ve been a hard-working, friendly, family business from day one, and our core values have remained the same over the years.

Every caravan on site is privately owned, this creates a welcoming atmosphere and a community spirit that is second to none.
Thanks to this, we’re proud to have customers on site that have owned caravans here for over 50 years. We often have the honour of watching owners’ children grow up and follow in their parents' footsteps by purchasing their own caravan on site.
Our staff are either family, or long-time employees, each one an expert in their own field. You’ll find friendly faces ready to welcome you into the park office 7 days a week from 9AM-5PM. There is also a member of staff on site 24/7 who can assist with emergency situations.
Experience amazing dining, holiday bingo sessions & brilliant acts at our on-site clubhouse!
Our on-site clubhouse is home to entertainment acts all season long, with biweekly bingo sessions, regular karaoke and quiz nights, and brilliant performances by various acts.
The clubhouse kitchen is very popular, especially the amazing roast dinners on a Sunday – we highly recommend booking in advance! In the summer, the beer gardens and playground are a hit with parents and children alike.
Discover The ClubhouseDogs are more than welcome on park. Other than the clubhouse, you’re welcome to bring your furry canine friends anywhere with you.
Whether you’re going for a stroll in the designated dog walking fields, taking them for a paddle in the sea, or popping by the office for a quick stop at the dog watering hole and maybe even a treat or two, we love to see dogs on leads out enjoying themselves – just don’t be surprised when we stop you to say hello to your dog! We do not accept new owners who own dogs on the dangerous dogs list, including XL Bullys.
Unlike many parks, Little Groves is family owned & run.
This means when you own a caravan here, you’re dealing with real people, not just a giant corporation to whom you’re just a number.
Without a huge corporate structure, we’re able to keep costs as low as possible for our owners. We offer both 8 month and 10 month pitches options on site. The season begins on the 1st of March each year and runs through to the 31st October for our 8 month pitches, and until the 1st January for our 10 month pitches. The 10 month pitches are reserved exclusively for new caravans purchased here.
